Programs to Pay for Alzheimer's Care—BenefitsCheckUp
Developed by The National Council on Aging (NCOA), BenefitsCheckUp is the most comprehensive Web-based service to screen for benefits programs for seniors with limited income and resources. It includes more than 1,850 public and private benefits programs from all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
This interactive program—which can be used by all seniors, not just Alzheimer's patients—guides you through a structured set of questions and then identifies public and private programs for which you may be eligible and that could help you pay for the costs of care. The online interview will take 20–30 minutes.
